11 Jan 2006, TOKYO, JAPAN — Pasona Corp. female intern harvests rice in the company’s underground rice field in the basement of an office building in Tokyo’s exclusive Otemachi financial district, Wednesday 11 January 2006. The human resources management company uses the underground urban rice farm utilizing hydroponics and artificial light technologies to train young people for future employment in Japan’s rural farming areas.
